Abstract

The Constitution of The DFAS Journal is the supreme governance document of the journal. It establishes the journal’s constitutional structure, editorial authority, publication governance, ethical framework, due process, compliance mechanisms, and institutional principles. The Constitution defines the hierarchy of governing instruments, the responsibilities of editors, authors, reviewers, and the Founder, and provides binding rules for editorial independence, research integrity, conflict of interest management, corrections, retractions, appeals, constitutional amendments, and long-term institutional continuity. This document serves as the official legal and governance foundation of The DFAS Journal and is maintained as an Official Constitutional Document.
